Solidcore for Beginners: Starter Prep and Access

Solidcore says beginners belong in the method: tell the coach it is your first time, use modifications, and treat the 50-minute coach-led class as strength work you can scale.

About This Offering

Solidcore 101 is written for beginners. It tells new clients to connect with the coach, walk the custom reformer, mention injuries, and expect verbal cues plus modifications and amplifications for the full 50 minutes. In the studio lineup, Starter50 is the intro format already published on Solidcore's class list; 101 is the access explainer that sits next to that class. Value here is not a price sheet ' it is knowing you can start without already being an advanced reformer athlete, and that the coach is supposed to scale the work. Confirm current intro packs on solidcore.co; this page does not invent membership rates. Solidcore also notes some studios offer Foundation50 as an advanced-beginner bridge after Starter50 (slower pace, brighter lights, no programmed rest or machine demos).

Who It’s For

Beginners who want strength and are unsure they are 'fit enough' for a boutique reformer class.
